What it does
- A public page where customers pick a time from your availability.
- Availability is written in the page’s own timezone - "Mondays 09:00 to 17:00, London time" - and every slot is worked out in it, so the clocks changing never moves an appointment by an hour.
- Two customers cannot take the same slot: availability is re-checked at the moment of booking, and the database refuses a duplicate even if two requests arrive in the same instant.
